Insurance Information

We accept all Insurances as long as they are PPO. Dr.Matthew F. Daggett is a “Preferred Provider” with Delta Dental. If you have any questions about your insurance, please call our office and we will gladly call your insurance to find out your coverage and benefits. 

For your convenience we accept payments made by check, all major credit cards- Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. For those patients wishing to make monthly payments, our Care Credit Program allows you to make affordable monthly payments interest free for up to twele months. We do the appication here in our office and it takes less than 10 minutes to get an approval.
